Every engine in this series begins as a hand-selected rebuildable core that undergoes complete teardown, thermal cleaning, and strict inspection. Blocks are precision honed or bored (exact overbore sizes and custom ring gaps are always documented for your records), while the cylinder heads receive a thorough hot-tank cleaning and a professional performance valve job.

Premium Components Parts List:

• Camshaft & Valvetrain: BTR (Brian Tooley Racing) “RED HOT” performance camshaft (Stage 2 or Stage 4 BTR cams can be substituted upon request). Upgraded with a BTR .660″ dual valve spring kit, BTR 7.4″ hardened pushrods, BTR LS7 lifters, and heavy-duty BTR lifter trays.

• Rocker Arms: Factory GM rocker arms upgraded with a high-durability BTR Trunnion kit to eliminate standard bearing failures under high lift.

• Rotating Assembly: UEM flat-top pistons mated to premium Gen IV reconditioned connecting rods, sealed with a high-performance Hastings street/strip piston ring set. The factory crankshaft is meticulously cleaned and micro-polished.

• Bearings & Seals: Premium MAHLE/Clevite Tri-Metal high-performance bearings, a BTR billet oil barbell, and bulletproof billet DOD (Displacement on Demand) oil plugs precision-pressed into the block.

• Oiling & Timing: Melling 10296 high-volume and high-pressure oil pump paired with a BTR heavy-duty LS3 timing chain set.

• Fasteners & Gaskets: High-tensile Speedmaster head studs clamping down multi-layer steel BTR LS3 head gaskets.

• Covers & Ignition: Brand new LS3 timing cover (with new sensor), new valley plate, fresh spark plug wires, and NGK TR6 performance spark plugs.

• Premium Intake Configuration: This assembly includes a high-flowing BTR Equalizer intake manifold paired with genuine GM 50lb fuel injectors to efficiently feed the Stage 3 valvetrain.

• Drop-In Configuration Disclaimer: Engineered as a direct drop-in long block for original equipment and restomod applications, this engine assembly does not include a throttle body, ignition coils, or primary front accessories (such as the alternator, power steering pump, or A/C compressor).
